Barbara Schneider: Die meisten Restaurants sind nach dem Lockdown mit dem Schutzkonzept wieder ge\u00f6ffnet. Wie geht es der Zuger Gastronomie und den Hoteliers heute?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Der Zuger Gastronomie geht es den Umst\u00e4nden entsprechend nicht so schlecht. Es ist klar, dass Corona vielen Gastronomen einiges abverlangt. Die Umsatzzahlen sind noch weit entfernt von der Normalit\u00e4t. Die Fixkosten bleiben und die Kurzarbeit ist nur noch beschr\u00e4nkt anwendbar. Es wird sehr viel Kreativit\u00e4t verlangt von unseren Mitgliedern, damit sie alle Kosten decken k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Die Sommerferien nahen. Einheimische und Touristen haben Zeit einzukehren. Wie k\u00f6nnen wir uns \u00fcber die Gastrobetriebe informieren?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Grunds\u00e4tzlich ist jeder Gastrobetrieb zu empfehlen. Es kommt immer auf die W\u00fcnsche und Vorstellungen der Konsumenten an.<\/p>\n

Was zeichnet die Zuger Gastronomie besonders aus?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Vielfalt der Zuger Gastronomie ist bestimmt ein ganz wichtiger Punkt. Unsere Gastronomen sind auch sehr kreativ und bieten ein tolles, abwechslungsreiches Angebot.<\/p>\n

Wird die Zuger Gastronomie gut unterst\u00fctzt?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Werbung und Unterst\u00fctzung kann man nie gen\u00fcgend erhalten. Man kann immer mehr machen.<\/p>\n

Trotzdem muss man ehrlich sagen, dass wir bei Anfragen und Problemen immer auf die Unterst\u00fctzung des Kantons und oder der einzelnen Gemeinden z\u00e4hlen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Was w\u00fcnschen Sie sich am meisten?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ich w\u00fcnsche mir von ganzem Herzen, dass die G\u00e4ste sich getrauen in unseren Betrieben einzukehren. Wir geben alles, um ein bisschen Normalit\u00e4t und Abwechslung in den Alltag zu bringen.<\/p>\n

Ich w\u00fcnsche mir aber auch, dass unsere Kundschaft Verst\u00e4ndnis aufbringt, dass zurzeit einige Dienstleistungen nicht angeboten werden k\u00f6nnen. Mit Einsicht und einem gesunden Respekt gegen\u00fcber diesem Corona-Virus bin ich sicher, dass wir gemeinsam Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt wieder in die Normalit\u00e4t zur\u00fcckkehren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
